With over 15 years of expertise in volume manufacturing, Peter leads the manufacturing team for WATT. Since joining WATT, Peter has integrated process automation solutions for cell production and developed the assembly line for final system build and test, preparing the company for commercial delivery at scale.
Prior to joining WATT, Peter served as engineering director at Magnecomp Precision Technology in Ayutthaya, Thailand, leading efforts to optimize processes and increase product reliability on hard disc drive components. Before joining Magnecomp, Peter spent 20 years with Seagate Technology, a major global producer of data storage devices, where he managed development and integration of device production processes. Later, as engineering director at Seagate’s production facility in Korat, Thailand, he established a factory controls engineering team and deployed high-volume processes, manufacturing controls, workflow automation.
Peter received his B.S. in chemical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Terre Haute, Indiana) and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
