Wenhua leads WATT’s fuel cell technology development, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in ceramic processing, microstructure design, and materials characterization. As a founder, he has helped develop the core technology and manufacturing processes behind WATT’s products.
His work spans cell and reformer design, research and development, and the transition of new technology into production. He has led international technical teams working on fuel reforming and fuel cell integration, with a focus on power output, efficiency, operating stability, and manufacturing cost.
Before joining WATT, Wenhua served as a Senior Chemist at Henkel Corporation, researching conductive adhesives. He previously worked as a Fuel Cell Development Engineer at ND Energy, contributing to the development of micro-tubular solid oxide fuel cells.
Wenhua holds a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University
