With 10+ years of experience in fuel cell and stack processing, Matt leads the production support engineering team at WATT. Matt has been listed as either inventor or co-inventor on several company patents.
Matt was responsible for the latest designs used in the rail and stack production at WATT. He was also responsible for automation and engineering support solutions within the fuel cell manufacturing process. He and his team have introduced new technology developments into the cell production group allowing for a more reliable and efficient process. Matt’s focus will continue to be the development of the newest generation of fuel cells and fuel cell stacks at WATT.
Before coming to WATT, Matt worked at The FirstEnergy Advanced Energy Research Center where he concentrated on reactor design and catalyst characterization via FTIR spectroscopy.
Matt received his Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron. His research focus involved system development and scale-up design, with a focus on CO2 capture.
