With over 20 years of industry experience, Sarah has been instrumental in WATT’s fundraising and was key to the acquisition of Pittsburgh Electric Engine, Inc. (PEEI). She manages all accounting, finance, human resource, legal, export controls, and corporate operation activities. As Corporate Secretary, she handles investor relations and management of all corporate matters and record-keeping.
Prior to WATT, Sarah was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in oil and gas utilities and manufacturing. She has extensive experience with financial statements, implementing new accounting systems at international financial institutions, and assisting with the application of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
Sarah earned her B.S. in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from Canisius College and is a certified public accountant.
