Sarah serves as WATT’s Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary. A founder of the company and a certified public accountant, she brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, and corporate operations.
Sarah has played a central role in WATT’s fundraising and helped complete the acquisition that established the company’s Pennsylvania operations. Her work has supported the financial and administrative foundation of the business throughout its development. As Corporate Secretary, she oversees corporate records and supports governance and shareholder communications.
Before WATT, Sarah worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in oil and gas utilities and manufacturing. Her experience includes financial reporting, implementation of accounting systems at international financial institutions, and work involving Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Sarah holds a B.S. in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from Canisius College.
